Gonorrhoea

The causative agent is Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Gonorrhoea is also called “the clap.” It is a popular sexually transmitted disease in the United States. The condition is caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae and can be contaminated through sexual intercourse. Gonorrhoea can result in different health complications if it is not diagnosed early. The bacteria may lead to infections of the epididymis in men and the fallopian tube and uterus in women. It can also lead to infertility. [6] Its symptoms are yellowish or white release from the vagina, loss of blood between periods, or a burning sensation when you pee.
Syphilis
Treponema pallidum is the causative agent. It is a bacterial condition that can be transmitted through sexual activities. It is caused by a bacterium known as Treponema pallidum. Syphilis can result in damage to vital organs, like joints, eyes, and the brain. It can also be transferred from an infected pregnant mother giving birth.
