Nervous system
You may experience the following symptoms if a paraneoplastic syndrome affects your central nervous system (spinal cord, brain) and your peripheral nervous system (nerves located outside the CNS):
- Reduced reflexes, sensation, or coordination
- Dizziness
- Double vision
- Loss of feeling in your arms and legs
- Speech difficulty
- Memory loss
- Seizures
- Muscle weakness
