Juice fast

Apple juice, lemon juice, and vegetable juices are among the often consumed juices during juice fasts and cleanses. Smoothies, as opposed to juices, may be better for your colon and general health.
Juices have less fiber since pulp and skins are removed when they are juiced. Smoothies include a lot more fiber, which is beneficial for the colon.
A three day 2017 study of a certain fruit or vegetable diet, was linked to weight loss, but further study is required to corroborate these results.
You can reap the benefits without fasting or consuming only juices and smoothies. Just make an effort to include more to your diet, perhaps with a daily juice or smoothie.
Herbal Teas
Herbal teas may be helpful in improving colon health and digestion.
Constipation may be relieved by laxative herbs such psyllium, aloe vera, marshmallow root, and slippery elm. Before using these herbs, be sure to see your doctor and closely follow any instructions. And use them sparingly because doing otherwise could be dangerous.
Other herbs, like cayenne pepper, ginger, and garlic, have antibacterial compounds. These are believed to inhibit harmful germs. They are used in many cleanses because of this, though more research is required.
