Neck Pain
There are many causes of neck pain [4]. Upper extremity DVT can cause pains in your neck. The damage done to the deep vein at the arm affects the neck region causing severe pains in the neck. This pain can also extend to the shoulder regions. The patient feels extreme pain on the shoulders and neck region. Sometimes the pain is only felt at the next, other times only on the shoulders. It is also possible for no pain to be felt either on the shoulder or neck.
Pains on the Forearm
It is also common to experience pain on the Forearm. The pain fluctuates between the arm and the forearm. The patient feels discomforted by the pain. This moment it feels like the pain is on the arm. Another time pain seems to be on the forearm. Also you can also expect swelling on the arm and the hand. The injury on the deep vein causes swelling and fluctuating pain on the arms and forearms.
