Tiredness

Fatigue or tiredness is a very prominent symptom in people with prediabetes. Apart from prediabetes, fatigue also occurs due to other conditions that are mild or severe. When fatigue doesn’t leave after proper rest and nutrition, it may be due to an underlying medical condition.
The three major causes of fatigue are mental health issues, physical or health issues, and lifestyle factors. Most individuals can control the lifestyle factors that cause tiredness by improving their routines. Examples of lifestyle factors include physical exertion, lack of physical activity, lack of sleep, and being overweight.
Various health conditions can cause tiredness, including anemia, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, and emphysema. Ensure to consult the doctor if rectal bleeding, pain in the chest region, and shortness of breath are observed.
