Shortness of Breath

Don’t be too fast to say that being out of shape is the reason for your shortness of breath. Unexplained difficulty in breathing [8] that occurs with small amounts of exercise can suggest heart trouble. It is expected for you to be out of breath if you walk up five flights of stairs. But if you go up 10 stairs and you’re short of breath that might suggest a heart condition. Normally, the pain experienced in angina is due to the fact that the heart muscles are not getting enough oxygen. Correspondingly, an individual with angina may feel shortness of breath [9], and this is due to the fact that the function of the heart to accommodate and pump enough blood has been affected. This reduced function of the heart then consequently leads to the feeling of shortness of breath by the individual.
