5 Symptoms of Panic Attack

Fear of loss or impending danger

Panic attack causes a fear of an impending danger or loss. The fear can be towards the person experiencing the attack or someone else. It is usually caused by a prior fear of danger, which then produces a feeling that the danger has happened or is about to happen. There may also be crying, trembling and even shouting in some cases. This feeling may go on for a while, even hours. The fear or tremor being felt isn’t usually proportional to the true situation of things and may even be completely unrelated to the immediate happenings around them.
