Rapid breathing, Nausea and Vomiting

When experiencing a heat stroke, your body is trying to cool down, which exerts pressure on the heart. When the heart starts to beat fast, your breathing may become rapid and shallow. The intense heat puts a strain on all normal bodily functions like breathing. This symptom calls for immediate medical assistance.
Your body’s inability to control its temperature can make you feel nauseous or can cause vomiting. Vomiting can also contribute to a stroke because it makes it difficult to replenish the body with fluids during dehydration.
