Conclusion

Heat rash shows symptoms on the skin and is usually caused by congested sweat ducts. It can appear clear, red, or skin-colored depending on the severity. The bumps could be painful and itchy. The rash will most likely go away once your baby has cooled off. You can also use calamine lotion, hydrocortisone cream, or cool water to soothe it and quicken recovery.
Consult a doctor if the rash doesn’t go away after a few days to be sure your baby’s skin hasn’t grown infected.
