Anxiety

Because persons with ADHD are prone to trembling and restlessness, they may become uneasy in situations that demand them to sit still. When adults with ADHD don’t accomplish tasks quickly enough, they may experience worry. Of course, because people with ADHD have a proclivity for procrastination and have difficulty organizing themselves, they can become anxious as activities accumulate. There is excessive fear and worry about everyday situations.
Mood Disorder
Mood problems come frequently with ADHD women. This can be in the form of depression [4], bipolar disorder [5], or other mood conditions that affect many individuals with ADHD. People sometimes try to segregate them which makes them much more uncomfortable leading to mood swings. While mood difficulties aren’t always caused by ADHD, a pattern of failures and frustrations caused by the disorder can exacerbate depression.
