Pathological Conditions

Underlying conditions, like infections or bone tumors, are known to weaken the tibia and make you more susceptible to fractures. Pathological fractures [6] can also occur even if you experience minimal trauma due to weak bone integrity.
Childhood Injuries
Children who have an active lifestyle are more likely to develop tibia fracture. They may experience tibial fracture through sports injuries, gals, or accidents. The nature of childhood fractures are usually not the same as in adults, because it involves growth plate injuries.
