Exercise

Sometimes, stretching the shoulder also helps to relieve shoulder pain. It is also imperative to not overstretch because it can exacerbate the pain. Avoid raising your arm above your shoulder or placing it far from the body. When raising the arms, try bending the elbow and placing it at the sides of the body and let your palms face the ceilings or sky as the arms get up. Always bring the elbows nearer to the sides of the body when depressing the arm. It is always easier to exercise the shoulder after heat or cold therapy and pain killers because they help to reduce the possible pain that can be felt from stretching.
