Golfer’s Elbow: Symptoms, Causes, Treatment and Prevention

Exercise Tips for Golfer’s Elbow

Doctors usually recommend various exercises to build strength, prevent and relieve pain, and boost flexibility. Do these exercises gently and gradually over time. You can do these exercises before and after any activity that causes strain or stress. Be gentle and do not force any movement.

You may develop sensations, slight discomfort, and aches while doing exercises. If your pain or symptoms worsens, stop doing the exercises. Give yourself time to rest, and if you don’t see an improvement in a few days, contact your doctor.
