Fatigue & Shortness of Breath
Angina can cause weakness, interfering with your daily activities. This symptom is common but often overlooked when experiencing cardiac-related chest pain. Extreme fatigue that persists after several hours of rest or sleeping should be taken seriously. Weakness may signal that the heart is malfunctioning, and can be a sign of an impending attack.
Pleurisy is a condition [6] that causes sharp pain in the chest, which worsens when you take deep breaths. This condition makes it difficult to breathe well, leading to shortness of breath. The severity of the pain worsens when the patient takes enough air into the lungs by breathing deeply. Shallow breathing is the only way to relieve the discomfort when you have pleurisy, causing shortness of breath.
