Difficulty in Language Expression

Difficulty in language expression – whether oral or written – can be precocious in some types of dementia and much later in others. It is common for the patient to suffer from the loss of communication, which may be speech or understanding a message. According to research, in the first case, the patient may understand what you say, but he is unable to express themselves through the spoken language. In the second phase, they can express themselves in all ways but do not understand what is being said. In some scenarios, the affected individual may express themselves and understand the spoken language, but they do not recognize the written words or have difficulties in writing them. [6]
