Pelvic/back pain & Swollen legs

Many people with cervical cancer experience pain in their pelvis. If there are no other noticeable symptoms, it is easy to dismiss this symptom or misattribute it to other health conditions. Back pain is a sign of more advanced cervical cancer stages [8], but it is even more likely to be dismissed because it is relatively common. Back pain is a sign that the cancer has begun affecting other organs in the body.
In more advanced stages of cervical cancer, patients may develop swollen legs [9]. Many people experience pain along with swelling. This normally happens when the cancer has metastasized or spread to other parts of the body besides the cervix.
