Pressure or fullness in your lower abdomen (bloating)
You have a sense that your stomach is full, and your abdomen appearing to be larger can also be a symptom of uterine fibroids. When the fibroids increase in either size or the number of tumors increases and expand to the abdomen, it can cause the stomach to bloat and appear swollen. In some critical cases, the abdomen could be as large as it looks like one is pregnant.
