Symptoms of cervical cancer

You may hardly see any symptoms at the early stage of cervical cancer. Symptoms will only start to show when cancer has spread to the early neighboring tissues. Some of these symptoms include:
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding. This may occur between periods, after sex, or after menopause.
- Increased vaginal discharge
- Pain in the pelvic region
- Longer or heavier menstrual periods
These symptoms may mean other conditions asides from cervical cancer. However, it is still important to see your doctor when you notice them.
