- Maintain a healthy weight: Contact your healthcare provider if you are obese or overweight. Your dietician can recommend tips to help you lose weight.
- Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all. Avoid drinking excess alcohol. Women can take one drink per day, while men take two drinks per day.
