Signs and Symptoms of Bone Cancer

Other Signs of Bone Cancer

Bone cancer that affects the spine and alters it may cause the bones of the vertebra to press or pinch nerves. This can cause you to experience tingling sensations or numbness [7]. Bone cancers that affect the bones behind the neck can cause a lump to form in the throat and impair a person’s ability to swallow or breathe. Difficulty in breathing also happens when the bone cancer has spread to the lungs.

The symptoms of bone cancer are not unique to the condition. They may also result from other health conditions, such as arthritis. But you cannot make a diagnosis by yourself, and you should not try to. Keep a journal of your symptoms so you can present this to your medical doctor before running a test.
