Symptoms of Endometrial Cancer

Pelvic Pain or Mass

The uterus is in the pelvic region. Some people experience pain in this area as a symptom of uterine cancer. [3] The pain may be concentrated in the lower abdomen or radiate to the back and part of the legs. These symptoms often only appear in the later stages of this cancer, when it has spread to other organs. Cancer that has metastasized (spread) is significantly harder to treat.

Some people also develop a pelvic mass that becomes noticeable when they feel their lower abdomen.[4]  While cancer that has advanced to this stage is hard to treat, it is still best to see a doctor.
