Many women often have vaginal discharges. If you have uterine cancer, you may notice changes in the kind of vaginal discharge you have. The color of this discharge may range from brown to pink. This discharge may appear thick or watery and foul-smelling. The specifics often depend on the person affected.
The vaginal discharge associated with this cancer is often bloody, according to the American Cancer Society. [2] Even if you do not notice any signs of blood, abnormal discharge may still be a sign of this cancer.
Endometrial cancer is not the only cause of abnormal vaginal discharges. Several sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and reproductive illnesses can also cause it.
