Before you conclude that you have diabetes, there are certain signs you need to look out for. Unexplained weight loss is not the only symptom of diabetes. There are other signs and symptoms of this disease. Some of them are listed below;
Frequent Urination
The kidneys normally reabsorb glucose back into the body but there is a limit to the amount the kidney can absorb. When this limit is breached, the excess amount of glucose is excreted along with large amounts of water. This process creates large volumes of urine, causing an increase in the number of times you urinate.
