Some people believe that yoga can help to eliminate gallstones. These speculations have been attributed to the function of yoga in improving the lipid profile. Studies conducted on individuals with cholesterol gallstones show abnormal lipid profiles, even though it is difficult to place if the abnormal profile was due to high cholesterol levels or not. Yoga helps to relieve the symptoms of gallstones, but does it really take the stones away? This is the question around which future research on this subject would like to answer. [7]
