Lightheadedness

Light headedness is a feeling that you may soon faint. It’s like you can’t feel your head, or the world is spinning out of your control. Usually, the build-up of plaques slowly obstructs the flow of blood in the heart. Light headedness results from a lack of blood supply in the brain. A heart condition or a heart beating out of rhythm is one of the causes of light headedness. Other things could also account for light headedness, such as a sudden drop in blood pressure, low blood sugar, allergies, attitude sickness, and etc.
Fatigue
Fatigue is an overall feeling of tiredness and a lack of energy. Usually, fatigue holds as a symptom of a heart attack, when there’s no matching activity to explain why you’re exhausted. Poor nutrition amongst others can account for fatigue. A heart failure, congenital heart disease can also account for fatigue, this is because the heart beats out of rhythm and affects the supply of blood and nutrients to the body. Another possible explanation for fatigue is an obese person. Being obese is one of the warning signs of a heart attack [6].
