Nausea, Vomiting, and Sweating (Other Dyspeptic Disorders)

Another possible sign of the presence of angina is heart pain accompanied by nausea [13] and, in some cases, vomiting. Nausea is a body malaise that causes one to feel that they are about to vomit and may develop into a condition of vomiting – but not necessarily every time. Vomiting and nausea become more valid symptoms if they are seen in conjunction with all other classic symptoms of angina, especially heart pain and shortness of breath. Dyspeptic disorders are commonly associated with angina. Common related symptoms are heartburns and epigastric pain. Very rarely, the pain can be concentrated only in the epigastric region or even in the head, which greatly complicates the timely diagnosis due to the atypical symptoms of angina in this case. In case of insufficient experience, the medical specialist who provides care may be misdiagnosed.
