Nausea & Dizziness

A person who is about to suffer a heart attack or some cardiac syncope has a strong feeling of nausea [6], in addition to completely losing the desire to eat. But vomiting happens not only just before the attack, but it can also be present during the episode of a heart attack. Then there is a swelling in the abdominal region, which can lead to the development of digestion problems.
Another important sign that helps to identify a heart problem is the feeling of dizziness and/or lightheadedness [7]. The sensation of momentary or permanent loss of consciousness, which is fainting, indicates the body’s weakness. In general, they are the result of a previous condition of arrhythmia or sudden changes in the functioning of the cardiac cycle.
