Symptoms of Mild Heart Attack

Sleep Apnea & Shortness of Breath

Apnea causes several microwakings at night and your sleep is not restful. This increases stress in the body and, in the long run, can favor the onset of hypertension, arrhythmias, weight gain, and other factors that are associated with an increased risk [4] of a heart attack.

Breathing difficulties is another sign of mild heart attack. The entire cardiac box (cavity) is closely related to the respiratory function of the body. A heart attack or other heart condition causes the person to report having a collapse in the lung, resulting in shortness of breath [5]. A cardiorespiratory arrest is when the heart is no longer able to pump blood and oxygen into the body, causing the lung to lose its ability to work alone.
