Fever
This is a flu-like feeling symptom. Fever blisters always come out around the mouth, the infected person will be feeling sick and having muscles ache. The feeling is the normal fever feeling and it can keep coming with every outbreak of herpes.
Headache
Due to the pain from the sores and blisters in the body, the patient may develop a headache. Muscle aches and fever can also come together with a headache. Headaches occur in as many as 15% of patients with recurrent genital herpes.
