Consume Dark Chocolates

Dark chocolate helps lower blood pressure. However, it’s crucial to note that dark chocolate should contain 60% to 70% cacao. In a review study of dark chocolate, it was discovered that consuming one to two squares of this chocolate daily may help reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering blood pressure and inflammation. According to the same research [4], the benefits are from flavonoids present in chocolate in cocoa solids. These flavonoids assist in the dilation or widening of the blood vessels. In a study [5] of over 14,00 people, it was discovered that people without hypertension eating more dark chocolates had lower blood pressures than those eating less.
