Conclusion

You can unwind and refresh as an introvert by spending time by yourself. You can spend time with people when you want to without feeling uncomfortable because of that solitude.
Being introverted is very normal, and being alone doesn’t automatically imply you’ll experience depression. No matter where you lie on the introvert-extrovert continuum, a lot of other things come into play. However, it is important that you visit a mental health professional if you notice any signs of depression.
