Flossing

Flossing disrupts and reduces bacterial growth between the teeth. It also helps in stimulating blood to flow properly to the gums and removes any food particles lodged between teeth. These effects reduce bad breath and also keeps the teeth and gums healthy. Get a dental floss and begin to use it regularly. If you do not know how to floss, learn from the Internet or from a friend or family. Flossing would also help maintain proper and healthy oral hygiene.
Cleaning dental Appliance
If you have halitosis and use dental appliances like dentures, mouth guards, retainers, night guards, snoring devices, etc. Make sure these devices are regularly and properly cleaned and disinfected. Dental appliances may have different methods of cleaning. Learn these methods and be conscious of where you keep these devices when you’re not using them. A dirty dental appliance would worsen halitosis and can cause other infections too.
