Radiculopathy – An Overview

Managing Symptoms of Radiculopathy

Consult a physical therapist or healthcare professional about how to modify your posture to improve the comfort of your daily activities. They will provide you with recommendations on how to sleep, stand, and sit comfortably without making your radiculopathy worse.

Try to do the stretches and exercises your physical therapist or healthcare professional recommends to strengthen your core muscles as often as possible.

But while you’re healing, try not to push yourself to do anything painful. It could exacerbate your symptoms. If the exercises your physical therapist or healthcare practitioner is giving you hurt, talk to them. They will explain to you how to handle them securely.

Recovery would only take a couple of days or weeks once you start treatments. Go to the emergency room immediately if you have experienced a trauma or can’t move your neck, legs, arms, and hands the usual way.
