Knee-to-Chest Stretch

  1. Lie on a mat with legs stretched forward
  2. Lift the right knee toward the chest and gently grasp the back of the thigh to make the knee drawn more closely to the chest.
  3. Remain in the position for ten seconds to half a minute.
  4. Let go of the leg and switch to the other.
