Ice

Apply ice compress to the blistered area to treat inflammation by reducing blood flow to the area. It also numbs the area so that you don’t feel any pain. However, it would help to note that the treatment is only temporary, and it does not affect the virus in any way or facilitate healing.
To treat blisters with ice, start with wrapping the ice pack with cloth or towel. Then, place it on the blister for at least 5 minutes and no more than 15 minutes. Do not apply ice directly to the skin to avoid any injury. You can use the ice pack three times every day for at least 5 days until your sores are not painful.
