Garlic and manuka honey

Jock itch responds to treatment with manuka honey when mixed with garlic [10]. Garlic has potent antifungal and antimicrobial properties that can help fight fungal infections like tinea cruris.
Mince or crush a handful of garlic cloves and mix them with two spoons of manuka honey until it becomes pasty. Spread this paste over the site of your fungal infection and leave it there for a while. You may experience a burning sensation on contact that lasts a few seconds, but this is normal. Rinse the mixture off your skin after a few minutes.
Some people prefer to use garlic with olive oil instead of manuka honey. Either is fine.
