Apply Heat
Heat works by increasing circulation in the area, pushing more white blood cells and antibodies to the affected part to fight the bacterial infection. Putting heat on a boil is one of the best home remedies you can do.
You should apply a warm cloth or compress to the area for 20 minutes at a time. Do it three or four times a day until the boil is gone. This helps the boil burst and drain faster.
It is important to keep applying a warm compress over the boil even after it has ruptured.
