Cervical Spinal Stenosis Exercises
These exercises improve strength and flexibility in the neck and upper back. These are the areas affected by cervical spinal stenosis. They can also help improve spine alignment.

- Put your hands on the adjacent walls at the corner.
- Pull your shoulder blades together and lean toward the corner.
- Push against the wall until you’re standing upright again.
