Use water

For minor rash spots. Gently dab a cool, moist towel on the rash to relieve pain and lower skin temperature if the afflicted region is relatively small, such as a patch on the back of the neck or in the creases of the elbows.
For more severe rash spots. You might also give your infant a chilly bath for at least 10 minutes without using soap because that might aggravate their skin even more. Allow their skin to air dry after that. While your infant is taking a bath, watch over them constantly.
Use anhydrous lanolin or calamine lotion
Calamine lotion [4] might help ease itching if your child has a more severe type of heat rash.
Anhydrous lanolin, the type found in nipple creams for breast-feeding women, can aid in maintaining open and clear sweat ducts.
