But these theories all lack authentic scientific research to support their credibility. The most authentic and proven influence to a person’s jawline is their genes. The genes play a huge role in the shape of your face and also your jawline.
Chewing gum is a process that involves various facial muscles, called “masticatory muscles” [1]. Hence, it can help stimulate your jaw muscles and give your facial muscles a slight workout, but it’s unlikely to create visible changes to your jawline. It is not possible to target fat loss in any particular area. The appearance of your jaw depends on your gene bone structure.
