What is Fasted Cardio – Evidence-Based Benefits and Risks

Conclusion

Cardio exercise is generally good for your body whether it’s fasted or not, or whether you are looking to lose weight or not. In order to lose weight, the food you take in plays a huge role. Alongside exercises, an adjustment should be made to your diet for you to be able to reach your goal. You can discuss with a nutritionist on what good to take.

The effectiveness of fasted cardio over non fasted in order to lose weight is still inconclusive. However, for a healthy person there’s no harm in giving it a go.
