Conclusion

It’s crucial to treat food poisoning as soon as it occurs, especially in old or young patients whose weakened immune systems make it difficult for them to successfully fight off the underlying cause.
Food contamination can occur throughout any stage of preparation or storage. Consuming raw foods, such as salads, should be done so with caution as bacteria are not destroyed by cooking. If the vegetables are cleansed before use, the bacteria will be rinsed away. One should also wash their hands frequently, especially before eating, and adopt good cooking practices to prevent common infections.
