Exercise

Exercise in general is highly recommended and has many health benefits, including that it improves your cells’ sensitivity to the insulin hormone, and reduces the rise of blood sugar.
In addition, muscle cells absorb sugar from the blood during exercise, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.
Exercise of any intensity, whether vigorous or moderate, has been shown to lessen blood sugar peaks.
A study [7] indicated that 27 adults who engaged in either medium- or high-intensity exercise experienced comparable benefits in blood sugar control.
However, exercising on an empty stomach or one that is full is not advisable as it may affect blood sugar regulation. According to one study, exercising before breakfast effectively lowers blood sugar levels compared to exercising after breakfast.
Exercise also helps lose weight.
