Hyponatremia can lead to a wide range of symptoms and signs, from mild to severe, namely;

We can also divide hyponatremia according to the symptoms manifested into “moderately symptomatic” (if moderate symptoms such as nausea without vomiting, confusion, and headache are expressed) or “severely symptomatic” (if severe symptoms such as vomiting, cardiorespiratory difficulty, deep and abnormal sleepiness, convulsions and coma are expressed).
