Common Treatment for Men’s Hair Loss

Surgery/Hair transplants

Surgery can be taken, and the only form of surgery for male pattern baldness is a hair transplant. There are two ways to go about hair transplant, and they include:

Follicular unit transplantation (FUT) – This method is the most common. FUT involves the doctor extracting the follicles from the portion of the skin where you have an abundance of hair and putting them in the part of your scalp where there is no hair growth.

Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) – This process involves removing hair straight from the scalp, and it would be transplanted to the part of your scalp that is bald.

These two surgeries are not easy to be carried out and may not be perfect at just the first attempt. You may need to undergo multiple hair transplant treatments. However, it is still an effective way to treat hair loss.
