What will happen if I overdose or miss a dose?
Call the emergency helpline (911 in the US) or a poison control centre immediately if someone overdoses and is experiencing severe symptoms such as passing out. Symptoms of overdosing may include; fainting, extremely slow heartbeat, severe dizziness, and trembling.
If you forget to take your medication at the right time, don’t panic. Take it as soon as you remember but if it is near the time of the next dose, skip the dose you missed. Take the next dose at the appropriate time. Never double your dose to make up for the missed dose. It can cause severe complications.
