Build in physical activity & Don’t punish yourself

Regular physical activity can boost your attention span. You can take breaks between projects to stretch and move your legs. Go for a walk, exercise, stretch to relax your mind. Physical breaks will help you refresh your mind and replenish your energy.

Don’t be too hard on yourself, if you don’t finish a task at the set time or if you are finding it difficult to concentrate on a task. Being too hard on yourself may lead to low self-esteem, which can worsen procrastination.
