Flexion Rotation

This exercise stretches your lower back and works on the muscles of your buttocks.
Learn how to do the flexion rotation [3] exercise with these steps:
- Lie on your right side, keeping your legs straight.
- Bend your left leg and hook the foot behind your right knee.
- Use your right arm to hold your left knee.
- Put your left hand behind your neck.
- Gently rotate your upper body backward by touching the floor with your left shoulder blade. You should feel your lower back stretch a little.
- Repeat the last step up to 10 times. Make sure each stretch lasts around 3 seconds.
- Repeat these steps on the other side.
