Cobra Stretch

You can start the exercise by lying on your stomach and slowly prolong yourself on your elbows. Ensure your hips are in contact with the floor. Stay in this position for about 10-15 seconds before going back to the prone position. Gradually increase to holding the end position for about 30 seconds and perform up to 10 reps for this stretch. You can move further by going up into your hands instead of your elbows. Cobra stretch helps reduce low back pain.
Drugs
Your doctor may prescribe nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) [7] such as ibuprofen. This is usually the first line of medical treatment for building disks. NSAIDs help reduce lower back pain. Your doctor may also recommend muscle relaxers to help with muscle spasms.
