Bird Dog Stretch

You are to start the bird dog stretch on your hand and knee with your hands in your shoulders and knee placed under your hips. You can lift your left arm and reach forward until it aligns with your torso. Make sure you kick your right leg backward at the same time until it is aligned with your torso. Stay in this position for 2-3 seconds before gradually returning to the start position. Do it again with your right arm and left leg. Change side for 10 reps and 2-3 sets. Make sure your neck, head and back remain in a natural alignment to reduce stress on your neck.
